SARS has contracted with Irving, Texas-based Oak Creek Capital, to facilitate revenue of $5 million in government-based contracts in addition to anticipated lease agreements for 15,000 UtilityEye units by the end of 2008. The 3-year lease term is expected to produce revenues of $17.8 million.

The contract is being managed by SARS Corp. reseller Global Assent Corporation of Seattle.

In the government space, SARS Corp. has been actively involved in legislation mandating vessel tracking including the Coast Guard Re-authorization Act of 2005, Security and Freedom Ensured ("SAFE") Act of 2007 and Green Lane Act.
